Hello! My name is Emma and I’m interested in all things wellbeing and holistic! I love aromatherapy and all things natural for health. I am qualified in aromatherapy massage and facials but I want to take this a step further and become involved with wellbeing and get people thinking about how they are and how they treat themselves.
My current ‘day job’ is HR. Over the past 10 years I have been working in this field I have chatted to many employees about their wellbeing, although this has generally been in the guise of sickness and mental health. I have talked about how they are feeling, what we and I can do to help and generally tried to get them to seek further professional advice or sometimes just taken time out of my day to meet with them regularly so they know they are being listened to and can talk things out.
I want you all to see how wonderful you are and that it is OK to put your health and wellbeing first. You are human and our stresses and life have become so intense and non stop and people forget to breathe!
