Don’t Take Life Too Seriously

This weekend if my Grandma had still been alive she would have turned 100 years old. Sadly she died when she was 83. She was a happy character, always having fun, joking about and not taking life too seriously.

As we celebrate what would have been her 100th birthday, and in honour of the lovely happy lady she was, here are 100 things to do to make you smile, be happy and not take life too seriously:

Life is short and it is very easy to get stuck in the hum drum of the day to day. How often do you find yourself running around from A to B or working late or having to do x, y or z? Stop, smell the roses and do something fun, different or out of the norm for you. There is no right or wrong answer, just have fun, smile and don’t take life too seriously.

Cheers to my Grandma, and thanks for all the times you made me laugh, smile and be silly.

Have a great week to you all, look after you and do something fun.

Love Emma xx
